Mutzie - Light of Your Shadow (1970)





















Detroit psych-blues outfit led by singer/guitarist Eric "Mutzie" Levenburg who
was joined by his brothers Barry and Andee on bass and keyboards while
drummer Marc White rounded out the roster.
Their sole LP Light Of Your Shadow featured a horn section and was issued
on the Sussex label in 1970.

Howdy 7-Floor! I have not been to your blog in quite a while - you are doing a great job. It might help to link to some other sites so people can find you easier.

I saw this band in the early 70's in Detroit, but we were too stoned for me to tell you if they were any good. I think they were on the same bill as Cactus. Keep up the good work!

Ya I saw Mutzie at the Eastown Theater in Detroit 1970/71. Great guitar player. Often wondered what happened to him and Catfish Hodge. Two great Detroit guitar players.
